Ionic liquid combined with bile acid pathway for oral delivery of rhGH

نویسندگان

چکیده

Oral absorption and room temperature storage remain two major challenges limiting the bioavailability of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) due to need overcome unfavorable gastrointestinal environment resist effects on rhGH structure, Therefore, we designed a multifunctional nanoplatform address both problems simultaneously. The carrier consists PLGA, ionic liquid (IL) deoxycholic acid (DCA). In this nanosystem, IL acts as green non-toxic solvent helps nanoparticles open tight junctions between cells, protectant improve stability rhGH. Endogenous DCA ligand increases intestinal through receptor-mediated endocytosis. have following advantages: 1) Protects in tract from being degraded by gastric proteases. 2) was increased its enhanced. 3) time at prolonged. These materials are cheap, readily available easily synthesized these studies provide basis for clinical application

Preconcentration and determination of palladium water samples by ionic liquid - dispersive liquid liquid microextraction combined with flame atomic absorption spectrometry

A simple, rapid and efficient dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction by use of ionic liquid (IL-DLLME)method, followed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was developed for the preconcentrationand determination of palladium in water samples. In this method, an appropriate mixture of acetone and octylmethyl imidazolium hexafluorophosphate was injected rapidly into the aqueous sample...

Magnetic removal of acid dyes from wastewater with ionic liquid linked-nanoparticles

The acid dyes are one of the most widely used commercial dyes used in the textile industries. This work investigates the ability of magnetite nanoparticles functionalized with imidazolium based ionic liquid as an efficient sorbent for removal of the Acid Blue 113 from wastewater. Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy FT-IR, X-ray diffraction XRD and Transmission Electron Microscopy TEM were u...

Ionic Liquid-Based Dispersive Liquid-Liquid Microextraction Combined with Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry for Determination of Silver in Water Samples

The widespread use of silver compounds and silvercontaining procedures in industry, medicine, jewellery, cloud seeding and in disinfection of drinking water has resulted in an increasing silver content in environmental samples. Silver impregnated filters are used in water disinfection, while silver concentrations up to 200 μg L are permitted for antimicrobial activities for human health. Silver...

Bile Acid Excretion: the Alternate Pathway

A B S T R A C T The quantitative significance of renal excretion of bile acid ester sulfates as an alternate excretory pathway was evaluated in hamsters. After bile duct ligation, total serum bile acid fell from a mean level of 454 ,g/ml at 24 h to 64 ,ug/ml by 96 h. During this period the bulk of the bile acid pool could be accounted for as esterified bile acids in urine. Renal pedicle ligatio...
